I believe this is a good book for picky eater (like my young son) who loves reading and trusts “the reliable source” but mom and dad.

The book, like most DK prints, is packed with facts, graphs, charts and statistics. In this case, regarding everything-food.

To tell the truth, I gave up any attempts to convince him to try new foods, so this is merely a fun-to-read book, not a trick to change his mind. As an avid reader of non-fiction books, he delved into each pages and memorized all the facts.

At least, he found food-reading fascinating.
